Oren Properties Limited is a property investment business that specialises in logistics and industrial real estate in London and the South-East.
The Company is well financed, purchasing with equity, and is in the process of creating an investment portfolio of £30m. It will comprise stabilised, income producing assets which will be standalone or small estates in lot sizes of £1-5m.
Excellent asset management, high environmental credentials and close attention to the assessment of risk are integral to the business.
Co-Founders
Andy Gulliford and Mike Logan have known each other and worked together for over 20 years. Andy was with SEGRO Plc for 19 years, for more than a decade as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Director. Mike was a Partner with Nabarro (latterly CMS) for 25 years and led the firm’s real estate practice as both an Executive Committee and Board member.
Together they have a wealth of experience in real estate and specifically in the logistics and industrial sector having jointly completed numerous investment, development and corporate transactions together.
Requirements
- Logistics and industrial investments
- £1-5m lot size (£2-3m preferred)
- Modern single units or small estates of reasonable quality (EPC C and above)
- London suburbs, M25, Home Counties and wider South-East (up to 50 miles from M25)
- An early opportunity to secure rental reversion preferred
